Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, registering, or using any service offered by faichai at faichai.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and faichai, and they govern your access to and use of the platform, including all games, sports betting, bingo, fish games, and related services. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use of faichai after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. These Terms and Conditions apply equally to all users, including guests browsing the site and fully registered members.

Eligibility & Age Limit (18+)
The faichai platform is strictly intended for adult users who are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to your location. faichai complies fully with Philippine gaming regulations and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a user's age and residency.
Users found to be underage will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits refunded at faichai's discretion after investigation. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors do not access this platform. Additionally, employees of faichai and their immediate family members are not eligible to open player accounts or participate in any promotional activity. Account Creation & Security

User Obligations & Responsibilities
As a registered member of faichai, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use your account to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. All funds deposited into your faichai account must originate from legitimate sources that belong exclusively to you. You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to exploit, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
You accept responsibility for all activity carried out through your account, whether or not you personally authorised it. Technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors that occur during a game session may result in the voiding of the affected round or bet, at faichai's sole discretion. In such cases, the platform will make reasonable efforts to restore the affected session or refund the relevant stake. Users agree not to hold faichai liable for losses incurred as a result of technical issues beyond its reasonable control. The platform is optimised for mobile use and is accessible through major browsers on both Android and iOS devices, ensuring a seamless experience for Filipino players on the go.
Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on faichai are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods listed on the Deposit page, and minimum or maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the selected method. You are responsible for ensuring that your deposit details are accurate before confirming any transaction. faichai does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Processing times vary by payment method and are outlined in the relevant section of the platform. faichai reserves the right to request identity verification documents before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or in cases where suspicious activity has been flagged. Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate transaction through a third party will be treated as a breach of these terms. faichai is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
Limitation of Liability
faichai provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, faichai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. faichai does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information displayed on the site.
In no event shall faichai, its directors, employees, affiliates, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. faichai's total liability for any claim arising in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
Account Suspension & Closure
faichai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform. In such cases, faichai may withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. You will be notified of the suspension unless doing so would compromise a legal investigation or security process.
You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance after the deduction of outstanding obligations will be returned to you via your last verified payment method. Self-exclusion requests under faichai's Responsible Gaming policy will also result in account closure for the requested period. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations, which may include administrative fees or balance adjustments as required by law.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the faichai platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and page layouts, is the exclusive property of faichai or its licensed content providers. This material is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the platform without the express written consent of faichai. Unauthorised use of faichai's intellectual property, including the brand name, logo, or proprietary game elements, may result in legal action. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to faichai regarding the platform may be used by faichai without restriction or compensation to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Links & Services
The faichai platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party service providers, including payment processors, game software providers, and identity verification services. The updated terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice, or immediately upon publication if no effective date is specified. Your continued use of the faichai platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8. faichai will maintain an archive of previous versions of these terms upon request from registered users who require them for reference purposes.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, or the use of the faichai platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. By using this platform, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
Where applicable, faichai will seek to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect. The failure of faichai to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
